Product properties:

1. The chemical composition and mechanical properties are in conformity to related provisions of Jisg3302-1994, GB2518-1998.

2. The properties of the color coated plates

All the test indexes of the Yangtze pre-painted steel sheets are up to or exceed the related provisions of the state standards GB/T12754-91, and are up to or exceed the related provisions of JISG3312-1994 in the respcts of coin scratch resistance, anti-contamination, T bending and so on. It can be ensured that the color plates produced with fluorocarbon coating material (PVDF) will not have color fading, paint film stripping, blistering chaling for 15 years.
